Hi everyone- Be creative every day, I keep telling myself...... But, I did not step into my craft room today, instead I stepped into the bathroom! Yes, the bathroom... the Half Bath. I striped wallpaper today.... yuck! You know that old masculine striped paper - the one that kinda goes along with the Hunt Scene prints from the '80s. Yeah, that paper.... it's almost gone. I say almost because I had to stop for the night ....
So I got to thinking "How does this relate to my motto to Keep In Touch....." And I thought that I need to "keep in touch" with myself too - to stay true to myself.... Ok, yes, I did have a lot of time to think about this.... I want this to be the beginning of turning my space into a space that I create.... not the previous owner and not my kids, but for me and my hubby. Something that we will enjoy.... and will love and smile at every time I walk by.
Ok all this from a BATHROOM! But yes, striping wallpaper IS therapeutic and can give you a sense of peace and gratification.
And my kids wondering why I was in there so long! hehehe...
